FAQs

Q: Should I copy Taisheen’s settings exactly?

You can, as a starting point — especially if you want a baseline that worked for a pro. But keep in mind, settings like mouse sensitivity and keybinds are highly personal. What feels precise for Taisheen may feel slow or clunky to you. Use his setup as a template, then tweak gradually to match your comfort and mousepad size.

Q: His DPI is 400 and sens 2.5 (eDPI = 1000). That’s lower than many pro players who use 800 or higher DPI. Why is that?

Lower DPI + higher in-game sens gives a different “feel.” Some players prefer lower DPI for finer control and consistent aim tracking. Others prefer higher DPI for faster turns. It depends on your style, desk/mousepad space, and how you aim (wrist vs arm).

Q: Will I get an advantage just by copying these settings?

Not automatically. Settings matter, but skill, aim technique, and practice matter far more. Use good settings to maximize comfort, consistency and muscle memory — that’s what actually leads to improvement.

Q: If I have a high-refresh-rate monitor (240 Hz like his), will I benefit more than with a 60 Hz one?

Yes. High FPS + high refresh rates reduce input lag and make movement/aim feel smoother. But benefits are diminished if your PC or internet can’t consistently deliver high FPS. Also you still need good aim discipline.
